Our products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Ιtems may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Procedure of returning an item
Please call us at +30 211 198 198 7 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your request.
Inside the package of the initial order you will have received the detailed returns form.
Prepare your parcel for return:
- Complete the reason for returning in case you wish to change the product.
- Put the completed return form into your parcel.
- Prepare your parcel for return.
- Close the parcel carefully and make sure its content is well protected. You can either use the same packaging or a new one.
Returns must be sent within the number of days specified in this policy, in the original or similar, safe packaging.
Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged cannot not be accepted.
Do not remove the security tag of BRANDSAMSARA® or any other tags attached to the item until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the security tag the return will void itself. Items without security tags or the original tags on the item will not be accepted for return.
Cost of the return is covered from Buyer.
Brandsamsara.com maintains the right to reject returns of products that have not been returned according to the terms of the Return Policy.
For orders within Greece
Brandsamsara gives you the possibility to gain from the privileged price of 5€ in order to return your parcel, using only the cooperating Courier Company.
This amount will not be paid directly to the courier but it will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For International Orders
Customer should contact Brandsamsara to arrange a return.
A courier will be booked by us to pick up the merchandise.
In effect the cost of the return will be deducted from the total refund amount.
