Do you accept items from any house, brand or designer?

We accept items from select designer brands. If you're unsure whether your brand qualifies, feel free to submit it via the Add New Item form.

Do you only accept authentic items?

What happens if my item turns out to be non-authentic?

If an item is found to be non-authentic, it will be rejected. You'll have one month to collect it or we will responsibly recycle it.
