Return Policy

You have the right to return any product purchased online from Brandsamsara within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you received it. The reason for return does not affect this right.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, for part or all of your order, the returned product must be accompanied by: 

  • The completed return form/ Withdrawal declaration
  •  The  documents accompanying the product (delivery note, sales receipt)
  • The company's labels/stickers which must not have been removed from the product.

The following conditions are necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal:

1. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received without damage or any defect (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging) and, as mentioned above, they must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

2. As the items we offer on our website range from used to new, please read the product descriptions and examine the photos carefully, paying particular attention to their sizes and any damage they may have. Especially for the latter, if they have been communicated to you through the website before you make the purchase, we consider that you have accepted them.

3. The only case in which we accept the return of a product in a condition other than the one sent by us is if the product has been damaged in transit.

In this case, please contact our company immediately and, if the parcel in which the product was delivered to you is also damaged, we request that you should point this out to the courier upon the delivery and contact us in his presence.

 

Product return procedure

Contact us at +30 210 6522735 or send your request in writing to contact@brandsamsara.com indicating the reason for the return.

After we receive the request, we inform you about the packaging process of the item and then we set an appointment for the courier company to come and pick up the parcel.

In the parcel you originally received, you will find the return form with detailed instructions.

How to prepare your parcel for return:

1. Fill in the Return Form and the reason for the return.

2. Put the completed return form inside the parcel as well as the proof of purchase and the documents that accompanied the shipment

3. Make sure that you include everything that was included in the original packaging, such as authenticity cards, cloth storage case, etc.

4. Pack the parcel as instructed so that the contents are protected and reach us safely

 

Refund procedure

Within 14 working days from the date of receipt (proof of date of receipt is the courier's stamp) and after checking that the product meets all the conditions for return, we will proceed with your refund, which will be solely for the value of the returned products. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you had paid by credit card, the refund is made to your card directly by us and appears on your account up to 15 days later. 

If you had paid by deposit to a company account, the refund is made to the account you have filled in on the Withdrawal Declaration immediately.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise notified in writing by our relevant department.

 

Attention

Brandsamsara reserves the right to reject returns of products that have not been returned in accordance with the terms of the Returns Policy.

In any case, the customer is obliged to keep a copy of the return receipt in order to present it to the company if requested as proof in order for the refund to be made.

Products that have been purchased after the customer's visit to the company's physical store will not be refunded, given that the purchase has not been made "at a distance" and the customer has checked the products before making the purchase.

 

Online dispute resolution platform

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with the KYA 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union.

If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside his/her professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he/she can initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-European platform for the electronic dispute resolution (EDR platform) available here.
