What items do you not accept?

We do not accept fast fashion, heavily used, damaged, altered, counterfeit, or outdated items. Please ensure your items are in good, sellable condition.

What value must the items have?

We typically accept items with an estimated resale value of at least €50. Higher value items tend to perform better on our platform.

Do you accept items from any house, brand or designer?

We accept items from select designer brands. If you're unsure whether your brand qualifies, feel free to submit it via the Add New Item form.

Do you only accept authentic items?

Yes, we only accept 100% authentic items. Each item is reviewed and verified by our experienced team before acceptance.

What happens if my item turns out to be non-authentic?

If an item is found to be non-authentic, it will be rejected. You’ll have one month to collect it or we will responsibly recycle it.

How can I be sure/assured that my item is authentic?

We recommend keeping original receipts, certificates, dust bags, and boxes. These help prove authenticity and increase the item's resale value.

Why does it matter if my item is in-season?
